| In 2003 the Brockville and District Association for Community Involvement
established a Legacy Endowment Fund with the Brockville Community Foundation.
The purpose of the fund is to create a source of non-governmental funding that
could be used in the future to safeguard some of the important aspects of the
Legacy Vision. The Fund's purpose is "to support families of people with
intellectual disabilities in their efforts to provide a legacy for the person
with a disability that includes a safe, secure, and positive future". |
